Casie Cameron, MA, is a dynamic educator whose career of over 15 years has been defined by her commitment to inclusive, impactful learning. Now based in Fairbanks, Alaska, she combines a creative, tech-forward approach with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). Casie has spent much of her career as an Instructional Designer, focusing on creating in-person, hybrid, and online courses that leverage the latest digital tools to build responsive learning communities. Her instructional design is grounded in student-centered pedagogy, making learning accessible, engaging, and adaptable to the needs of diverse learners and audiences.

Casie’s work has spanned an impressive range of initiatives, including her role in developing specialized learning materials and websites for Tribal Governance, Human Services, and Rural Human Services programs. These projects significantly improved access to resources for rural and Indigenous communities, ensuring that digital spaces were optimized for inclusivity and cultural relevance. Casie has served as an AI content editor at Out​lier​.ai, where she refined complex prompts to guide AI models in producing accurate, relevant educational content. Her work included evaluating and ranking AI-generated content, and providing feedback that improved model performance for educational applications. This experience spotlights Casie’s versatility and her knack for applying cutting-edge technology to enrich learning materials and ensure quality in digital education.

At Main Street America, she joins as the Education Department as the Manager of Instructional Design, where she will play an integral role in the development of practical and responsive educational experiences for Main Street leaders and practitioners across a variety of learning mediums. Her role focuses on supporting Main Street America’s mission to empower grassroots leaders by developing materials that build the capacity for complex, community-based work. Casie holds a BA in English Literature from California State University — East Bay, and a MA in English from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
