In her role as the Staff Accountant for Main Street America, Hilary supports the day-to-day operations of the finance team. In this new role, Hilary aims to streamline current financial processes, increase department efficiency, and free up time for her team to focus on the other aspects of Main Street’s finances and programs. She brings to the team five years of non-profit finance experience and a history of direct community-improvement work through her time in the AmeriCorps NCCC program.
Previously, Hilary worked as the Staff Accountant for the Child Neurology Foundation. While working there, she earned her Accounting Certificate from the Harvard Business School. While not working, Hilary often volunteers for local park cleanups, advocates for better community infrastructure on the local level, and cuddles with her three cats.
