The Coordinating Programs Leadership Council (LC) serves as a liaison between the Coordinating Program Network and MSA. The LC is an advisory body of the Coordinating Program network and works in collaboration with MSA staff to strengthen the Main Street movement. Council members serve three year terms and are elected by Coordinating Program leadership.
