Community Transformation Workshop
The Community Transformation Workshop is an intensive and interactive two-day experience filled with educational sessions and exercises aimed to provide participants with advanced tools and strategies to address complex revitalization projects and initiatives. The workshop includes instructional sessions led by experts in the field and hands-on projects and assignments showcasing communities implementing strategic approaches to Main Street revitalization.

Leadership Development Workshop
The Leadership Development Workshop is aimed at empowering revitalization professionals with tools and strategies to connect, motivate, and lead people effectively over an intensive two-day experience. Whether navigating board conflicts or creating accountability with volunteers, participants will walk away with action plans to elevate their leadership approach.
