Last week, Main Streets across the country witnessed a spectacular solar eclipse. From Maine to Texas and beyond, people gathered to bask in the the totality or peer through funky protective glasses at a moon-shaped sun, and many chose to enjoy the event surrounded by community in a Main Street district. Still have your eclipse glasses? Consider donating them Astronomers Without Borders. They collect eclipse glasses for use in communities who may not otherwise have a safe way to view the eclipse.
