Dear Main Street America Network,
As we approach the end of this year and the beginning of another, we would like to take this opportunity to share an update about the Main Street America Institute. As a national thought leader in this space, we are committed to evolving to meet the needs of our network and ensuring our content is reflective of everyone we serve.
To that end, eight years after Main Street America Institute’s re-launch, we recognize a need to take a deep dive into vision, course content, structure, and learning objectives. Therefore, we will not be holding Advanced Principles courses in spring 2024.
Over the next six months, we will engage in an intensive program assessment with an external consulting partner that will include connecting with current and former participants and instructors for feedback and insights. We look forward to bringing an enhanced Main Street professional development experience to the network later in 2024.
The 2024 Leadership Development Workshop and Community Transformation Workshop will proceed as planned, so stay tuned for registration details. And in the meantime, we encourage you to check out MSAI’s Topics Courses, available any time on-demand at mainstreet.talentlms.com.
